Where we ship
We currently ship within India only.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation, within the lead time stated on your proforma invoice — typically 3–7 business days.
Courier and tracking
We use courier or transport partners agreed with you at the time of quotation. Tracking details are shared with you once your order is dispatched.
Risk and delivery
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, please raise a claim with us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage and the packaging.
Delivery coverage
The states and pincodes we can deliver to are confirmed per quotation, as coverage can vary by courier and location.
